In addition to the hotel nights, the Companion is entitled to Wednesday night Meet & Greet, a Thursday night group excursion, a Friday afternoon Companion excursion, breakfast on the days of the conference, nightly happy hour reception, and free Wi-Fi.

Half-day training classes run from either 8:00am - 12:00pm or 1:00pm - 5pm. All half day training classes include lunch and one break.

Full-day training classes run from 9:00am - 5:00pm, and include lunch and two breaks.

Join fellow conference attendees for a dinner the night before the conference, Wednesday, September 20th, at a Louisville favorite The Troll Pub at 7:30pm! The fee includes an entrée, dessert, and one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. The group will walk to the restaurant following the Meet & Greet. 

Extra room nights in the all-suite Embassy Suites Downtown Louisville come with Wi-Fi, daily breakfast, and a nightly happy hour reception.
